How do we get started ?

Before our first session we will have a Discovery call.
This is the opportunity to get to know each other, explore your needs, and see how I can help you move forward.
Afterwards you can decide if and when you want to continue (at the end of the page you can already schedule a Discovery call as well as a real session).
Typically we would have 5 – 7 sessions together.

You can find more details about my holistic approach on the My Approach Page. Typically, we’ll have a handful of sessions together—sometimes more, sometimes less.

Each session is unique and tailored to your needs.

The First Sessions

In our first and second sessions, we’ll spend time exploring the changes you want to make and understanding the emotions and behaviors you’re struggling with. Often, simply identifying these patterns can be eye-opening and bring immediate relief.

But as we’ve seen, you can’t always talk yourself out of it: The issues are in the tissue.

Our beliefs and behaviors are deeply embedded in the body and subconscious mind, running on autopilot. My holistic mind-body approach helps you connecting with this autopilot and gently redirect it.

We’ll go beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover limiting beliefs and impactful past experiences—and loosen their grip on your present life.

Tools for Transformation

As you progress, you’ll also develop and strengthen the skills needed for lasting change. Below are some of the tools we may use, depending on what works best for you:

  • STOP Process – to interrupt and reframe unhelpful thought patterns
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) – to release emotional distress
  • Hypnosis – therapeutic language to access the unconscious mind
  • Meditation & Breathing Techniques – to calm and center the nervous system
  • Parts Work (IFS – Internal Family Systems) – to explore and harmonize inner parts
  • Anchoring – to create positive emotional associations
  • Time-Line Work – to reframe past experiences
  • Self-Expression through Stand-Up Comedy – a creative and empowering way to explore identity and emotion

Your Engagement Matters

The answers you seek already live within you. My role is to guide you in uncovering your own truth—because that’s the most powerful catalyst for lasting change.

Transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a lifelong practice of learning how to respond, reflect, and recommit to what truly matters—at your own pace.

Many of the behaviors and thought patterns you carry were shaped early in life. That’s why it takes time, patience, and practice to replace them with more supportive ways of being.

This work doesn’t only happen during our sessions—it continues between them, and even after our time together ends. Step by step, you’ll begin to notice meaningful shifts.

There will be setbacks. That’s part of the process.
Don’t judge the journey, and most importantly, don’t judge yourself.
Give yourself the space to recover, refocus, and return to what truly matters.

You create your reality in every moment.

Take the First Step Toward Feeling Better

Every journey begins with a single step—and this one starts with a conversation.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about how therapy could support you, a free discovery call is the perfect place to begin.

It’s a safe, no-pressure space where we can get to know each other, explore your needs, and see how I can help you move forward.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Let’s talk—and see what’s possible.
