When we meet we always start in the present, with the behaviours and the emotions that concern you and that you might want to change. Here the important part is helping you raising the awareness about the patterns that are (unconsciously) running. This is already a big achievement !
You can then decide, through a step-by-step process, to go deeper in understanding how you got there. We identify collectively your emotional processes to then shift them so that they can help, not harm, you.
There is an powerful tool-box available to us where we can find the best frameworks to help you – within the session and most importantly, in the real world.

Unity of Mind, Body and Soul
I see us as a unity of the mind, body and spirit. Talking about and identifying the patterns that are causing the issues that you want to change is the first important step and can already provide a big relief.

However, you cannot talk yourself out of it. “The issues are in the tissues” – our beliefs and behaviors are so ingrained into our body that they run on auto-pilot. Our cognitive mind is not in control when we have, for example, a sudden craving for a glass of wine after a long day.
